Please note: email submissions are only reviewed during office hours, so app reporting will always be faster.
Important: Only report genuine maintenance issues that are the landlord's responsibility to fix. Tenant responsibilities - like clearing blocked drains caused by inappropriate items, changing light bulbs, or fixing damage caused by tenant use should not be reported here. These may be billed back to you.
