Terms and Conditions
- 1. Once we have confirmed your appointment it is your responsibility to ensure all tenants are aware and cooperate. We charge a £25 + VAT missed appointment fee if we travel to the property and cannot access it.
- 2. If we are not granted access to the whole property, we will test (and sticker) all available appliances but will be unable to issue a certificate.
- 3. You agree to receive occasional marketing materials from us for our other landlord services (this permission can be rescinded at any time).
- 4. Offer only applies to tests within 40 mins travel of our office in DL1. We may be able to go further afield for a slightly higher target to cover the travel time. Please enquire for a quote.
