Annual PAT testing is a legal requirement for most HMOs and an important part of keeping your property safe and compliant. Please note that PAT testing is not included in our management packages.
We offer PAT testing for HMOs and buy-to-let properties for just £84 + VAT. Simply get in touch below to book your annual test at a time that suits you.
Terms and Conditions
Once we have confirmed your appointment it is your responsibility to ensure all tenants are aware and cooperate. We charge a £25 + VAT missed appointment fee if we travel to the property and cannot access it.
If we are not granted access to the whole property, we will test (and sticker) all available appliances but will be unable to issue a certificate.
You agree to receive occasional marketing materials from us for our other landlord services (this permission can be rescinded at any time).
Offer only applies to tests within 40 mins travel of our office in DL1. We may be able to go further afield for a slightly higher target to cover the travel time. Please enquire for a quote.
