Please ensure you report a genuine issue that the landlord must resolve before continuing. Bills raised for problems caused by the tenant, or a tenant's responsibility should be resolved by you, rather than reporting them. Examples of this are clearing sink and drain blockages caused by putting inappropriate things down the plughole (fat or hair for instance) or changing light bulbs. Such issues will be billed to all tenants of the property equally (if a shared house).
