The quickest way for you to report maintenance issues and repairs is via your Street tenant app. Let us know if you need another link for this. You can also report on the form below but it will only be read in normal office hours.

Please ensure you report a genuine issue that the landlord must resolve before continuing. Bills raised for problems caused by the tenant, or a tenant's responsibility should be resolved by you, rather than reporting them. Examples of this are clearing sink and drain blockages caused by putting inappropriate things down the plughole (fat or hair for instance) or changing light bulbs. Such issues will be billed to all tenants of the property equally (if a shared house).
